    One week post-op

    19 Days Post Op

    Nice to hear you are healing fine. Driving at 19 days? Be very careful, sudden upper body turns checking traffic or slamming on the breaks and having the seat belt punish your sternum may not be a very good experience.     Does Nyquil affect INR numbers

    four weeks ago 1.8 so they bumped up to 41 mg a week 3 weeks ago 2.3, two weeks ago 3.5, they pulled 7mg from me to bring it down now last week 2.0. I've been doing 41mg a week. No big time diet changes, no eatting alot of vit k stuff. Beer, acouple pints a day, no big drunks. So we will see...

    16 week update

    pushups pushups My rehab people said 12 to 16 weeks for push up and kettle bells. Yes alittle tender, but no sense of damaging something. Hell, I've been throughing around 70 lb bags of salt like no big deal, strength is coming back fast.
