Greetings All!
I have the pleasure and honor to report that Jeanne's surgery is over and was a success. I received the following 2 emails from her husband:

Subject: Jeanne - operation update
Suzie,
Just to keep you updated Jeanne come through the operation OK, surgeon described it a routine, and has new valve OK. We are just about to go in and see her again, however she was only just coming around when we were last there before the compulsory rest time.
Thanks for your and the site members support - has been much appreciated - better update once we have chatted more.

Later update :
We have just come from the Hospital tonight with both the surgeon and the cardiologist coming around whilst we were there and they are both pleased with her progress.
The air-tube is out, she is half awake and has some brief conversation with us which is great - not sure she will remember much about today but encouraging progress none the less.
The next key milestone is to get out of Intensive Care Unit and back to the ward, which is anticipated later this week.
Other than being a little pale she appears to be doing OK.
