I've taken time off to reflect and see if I was really doing any good here at all. Sometimes I feel that all I'm doing is talking to myself or posing for someone to take potshots at. What I've watched and learned over the week has compelled me to come back. Some people weren't getting answered, some did, yet pm'd me asking for advice and of course, I answered them, but that is not what this forum is about. It's to share information for others to use as they see a need to.
Many of you emailed or pm'd to check up on me and see what the deal was. I think I know who my real friends are and it far exceeds the number of those that would rather me not be here. I was to the point of saying some very hurtful things to some people, that as an administrator of this site, I cannot do. We all need to evaluate what were saying and posting because frankly, some things do hurt me, only I cannot respond back in the same manor. One of the drawbacks to being in the position I am. It's hard to wear many hats, but be able to use only one of them when posting.
I've figured out that all in all, it doesn't matter. If I feel hurt or threatened, I'm going to simply let you know it whether you like it or not. It hasn't stopped anyone else here, so why should it stop me? Maybe that's not how I should look at things, but that's the way I see it.
At any rate, enough of the PM advice. This stuff needs to be posted as questions to be answered ON the forum for OTHERS to learn from. All I care about is saving peoples lives. To some, that is utter nonsense and some think I have a hidden agenda. I don't know how much clearer I can make it then that.
