Hi Phyllis, Bookjp, Paula and Justin and thanks for the messages. Justin, after much earnest study I've decided that the physical anti-sneezing methods just don't work for me, so I'm going to have to rely on willpower alone!

I won't be able to post again until after I return from hospital, so all the best to everyone in the interim. Now, where's that big bus everyone keeps talking about???
