Hi Freddie,

I am not sure about frostbites, but I noticed since I started taking Warfarin, my skin is more sensitive and I burn more easily and my burns hurt more than before...I quickly burn if I touch something hot, or while I am cooking I burn from vapor coming out of a pot on stove. I was wondering if it was my imagination ;) or ?

My point exactly Eva.

Hi Freddie, I've been told to watch the sun but not cold. It makes sense to me though about the frost bite. I would go have it checked out, better to be safe then sorry. I know I get cold easier and it takes a long while for me to warm up.
The weather here is'nt even as cold as you are. Good Luck let us know what happens.
Crystal:)

Thanks Crystal. I have no blisters, just white and pink blotches. The heat from my lap-top kinda feels good on my lap (thighs). Hopefully I will be able to stay in tomorrow :)

I haven't noticed any difference from pre-warfarin use. Was down in Grand Cayman a month ago and had no sunburn issues.

UPDATE

Its wasn't Frost Bite.
The burning and red and white skin is caused by a slight BURN! - by having this laptop on my lap.
I am now using a pillow under the laptop - legs still hurt, but hopefully this will help.
