Oprah can usually be trusted to show a balanced discussion. She gave equal views of both sides of the meat industry.
The gist of the show is whether a person chooses to buy free range/cage free meats and eggs or mass produced meats and eggs.
This is important information to have out there as most people never question where their food comes from, and don't realize that there are choices available.
