Emma, thank you for the update. I have been thinking about & saying prayers for Curtis all day. Paula, I am glad his surgery is over & he is resting. I hope the pressures work out over the next day or so & that the leak remains small. Hugs to you and Curtis, keeping up the prayers for a smooth & speedy recovery.

Curtis and family

Thinking of you, praying for you, knowing God is in control, knowing you are in good hands. The best.

We'll pray till you're better.

Especially that your recovery from here on is straightforward, quick, pain free, trouble free and efficient.

All the best

Hi again,
Just had a text reply from Paula...

'...Curt is doing really well. he went back on the ward yesterday. The pressures are still up but they don't seem to be too worried. He is eating and getting out of bed.'

All sounds excellent for them! Have passed on all the love and messages to them too.

Gosh Emma --- I really have no idea what "dong brill" means ... but it seems from your post that it is a positive update! Hooray for Curtis, what a trooper! Curtis, I hope you'll be resting at home soon. Hang in there, you're doing great. Emma, thanks so much for the updates!

Poor Curtis!
He feels well enough to feel miserable at being tied to a hospital room.:(
It must be really hard to undergo this surgery at his age. I'm just happy to read that he is doing so well.:)
Thanks for the update, Emma.

Soooooooo Happy to hear that all is going well with Curtis, how is Paula doing, hope some of her stress has gone. ((((HUGS))))

I'm glad everything is going so well. Justin was Curtis age for one of his surgeries (after not having had surgery since he was 18 months old) so I can imagine how Curtis must be feeling. I hope things continue going so well and Curtis and Paula can happy at Home. it really is the best feeling

ironic that the first thing he feels is wanto to get out of there, well, that's kids for you lol So glad to hear things are going well, it must be tough on kids, and their parents, too.

"doing brill" = doing brilliant, brilliant meaning wonderfully well, depending on context . . . or as they in Glasgow, "pure dead brill"
