Sunday May 18th!

It's absolutely amazing how quickly one year has passed! Sunday is the one year anniversary of my BAV/Aortic root graph surgery. As worried as I was, I now look back at the event (it is a BIG ORDEAL), and realize that it was one of the most life changing events that one could ever endure. I feel great... I appreciate my blessing much more than previously. My love and appreciation of family and friends is greater....I don't sweat the small stuff anymore...(it's all small stuff)... Exercise is no longer something that I will one day start, because it's something that I do nearly every day. Ditto with the healthy diet...I'm eating right, and enjoying it! I might be the luckiest guy in Illinois!

Also, thanks to all of you... VR.Com continues to be a huge part of my life.

You are right....there is no longer any reason to "sweat the small stuff". We are changed people once we have conquered OHS!
