Here we go....the last weigh-in for February and the start of a new month....Spring is right around the corner...swimsuit season:D :cool: :D ....I hope everyone has had a good week of losing, maintaining....in general....I have indulged more than I should have but I have had a great week and hope you have too.....Remember, there is strength in numbers:)
 
Cooker..Good..Today..26 degrees/ cold/ and snow on the ground with Wind blowing..:eek: :eek: Today will be a couch potato type day..:p ....Will try not to eat too much...maybe tomorrow will be nice enough to walk...Bonnie

PHEW!!!!!...You had me worried there for a minute and thinking about "fasting" for the day to prepare for tomorrow :eek: ...its been too damn hot here again this week and looks like its gonna continue for a few more days yet.

While the Ref has been away, anarchy has broken out in the Throw Down. Sponsorships are now being sold to prune juice manufacturers. Scales have been rigged so they show only losses, no gains. Brownies have replaced celery as the diet food of choice. Even SB and his superpowers could not prevent this breakdown of discipline. Sad, very sad. :p :p :p

I limited myself to 4... Of course, these are the boneless wings, so really more chicken tenders with wing sauce, so more meat than "real" wings... But oh so yummy. Actually, it's the fries that really do me in! :eek:

Sadly this report has some truth to it.....The chimp has personally witness infractions so heinous that decorum prevents me from mentioning them on this most hallowed thread:rolleyes: ...I fear that the extended absence of the Ref has allowed a breed of rabblerousers never before seen in these parts....Brownies flown in from France......Wings and pizza from Texas.....Scones, KrispyKremes, roasted wieners from the eastern US.......This is a fine kettle of fish....did someone say fish?.....fish and chips....double fish sandwiches....fish chowder.....sticks.....Somebody stop me.......I fear we may have to reinstate the official Throw Down beverage.....PRUNE JUICE:D :p :D :D

LOL!!! Such honesty -- SUPERBOB recommends that The Ref show mercy in meting out punishment -- or even better, meting out potato chips -- did someone say POTATO CHIPS?!)......:p :p :p

Too shocked to consider sanctions.:(

Maybe the offenders should take a picture of themselves in bathing attire, and post the picture so we can all consider the seriousness of the transgressions? :confused:

While the Ref's away the mice will....get rather large gorging on banned substances.
