Iv'e upped warfarin today,not having a problem with
that as far as increasing etc,haven't missed any and in last week actually
2 weeks increased in salades for work and finding inr going down.:

Green things (vitamin k rich foods) will LOWER your INR. So, increasing your salad intake will make you have to take more warfarin. With this said, your food intake actually has a fairly low effect on your INR, but it is there. 51mg of warfarin weekly is not an exhorbitant amount, and there is no such thing as too much warfarin to keep you in range. Relax, eat like you normally would, and your dose will eventually settle. Please don't try to change your dosage by what you eat. You will find those of us who might test a little high (4.0-4.5) will say "COOL I get to have broccoli and asparagus this week, as well as my usual daily green salad."

Hi everyone went to family Dr. and some med changes done
Water pill addedi felt like i was gonna burst like a balloon
if he didn't stick me on something,brought the metroporol
down by 25mg from 50,and i took Edmonton into my own hands
decided to advocate my issues my self,as no one heard word
yet from them.Spoke to Dr.Roderick Mcarthers office and he is
away on vac.till aug.12,hes tried to reach my fam.Dr on occasion
but the telephone meetings have been unsucessful,he will call
upon retur of vacation and set up my appt.So dought it will take too
much longer for all stuff to start happening for me.(YIPEE) can't
wait to get it over with or started at least

I'm gonna cheat Ross ,i'm so tired and update on my mom
today is lots of hospital transfers and ct scan done and bunch
other tests and still experiencing alot of pain,spoke with her
on phone from work today,more tests and maybe even some
results by tomorrow,she remains in hospital,till they get to the
bottom of her pain,so sorry Ross sticking her update in this post too.
just cus i figure we get it all said in one and i'm pretty wiped for
tonight,think my water pill took 1,0000.000000 gal water out of me:eek
