I got great news from the cardiologist today! According to my echocardiogram, my heart is functioning totally normally and is circulating blood throughout my body normally. Whew!
Now all I have to do is lower the blood pressure and lower the triglycerides by correcting my eating habits.

Wonderful news ! It it amaizing what good eating habits will do for us. I lowered greatly lowered my blood pressure by reducing my salt intake.
