Hi all,
Another interesting research this time led by researchers at the University of California, San Diego!
http://mashable.com/2015/01/18/temporary-tattoo-blood-sugar/
They created a flexible sensor that uses a mild electrical current to measure glucose levels in a person's body.
The new device is painless, it contains electrodes printed on a thin tattoo paper and they are accurate and extremely inexpensive as well (something like few cents)!
The device will then provide the numeric misurements via bluetooth.
The researchers hope the tattoo will eventually be used to monitor levels of other compounds in the blood...like INR maybe??
Finger crossed
Luca
