so i'm channel surfing, i've got 60 channels of strange thai programming,
and really enjoying the booger network, and then they ran 'barbarella' and
where was i????

oh yeah, came across some movie about a pro wrestler who has a
multi-bypass. he's released from the hospital on the day he wakes up,
takes a taxi to the gym where he collapsed, drives home to his mobile
home. takes a shower still wearing his helicopter landing pad bandage.
next day hes getting ready to go jogging, swinging his arms in great
big circles to warm up, and he's off.....

i'm glad that hollywood is so realistic. not like that silly bollywood, they'd
have him singing and dancing with the or team while still on the table.

no singing and dancing, i was having language problems with the indian nurses.

Q: oh, nurse, what's my heart rate?
A: probably about average.
Q: no, no, what is my heart rate?
A: about the same as everyone is.
Q: but what does the monitor say?
A: it doesn't say, but should be about two pounds.
Q: no, not weight, how fast is it going?

and it went downhill from there....
