Does anyone have experience with pomegranates and inr? Seems to me that eating even 1/2-1 per day a few times a week during pomegrante season lowers my inr; effect seems to take about a week.

I think you'll be right. The amount of vitamin K in the amount you are suggesting is relatively trivial.
Still as ALWAYS test weekly and see :)

Your words suggest you have done some tests, what sorts of results did you see?

How can you rule out that it wasn't just drift down as a coincidence (for instance many years over time with high incidence of lowering and none of raising?

Better yet testing every second day and having them in the middle of the test (and observing consistently falling INR).

If the INR drop is by just a few points don't sweat it. Perhaps add 5% on the days you eat it?
