Obamacare, insurance and AVR

Does anyone know what the impact of Obamacare shall be in getting new insurance policies? My existing one excludes AVR and am wondering whether Obamacare will change this. If anyone knows the impact, please let me know.

Why does you insurance policy excludes AVR? What explanation did they give you? The times I have heard of this is in the case of pre-existing illness or misunderstanding.

Excludes AVR? That right there is why Health Insurance reform is needed... whether it's Obamacare or not. You can live without lots of things, but if you need AVR and your insurance excludes it, that's criminal.

I see you live in Latin America ... Are you Latin American
and if so why would Obamacare make any diff ... If you are a USA citizen and have Latin American insurance there may be nothing you can do ... I have BCBS and my AVR was done and paid for even though my conditions was from birth ... good luck:thumbup:
