New pulmonary diagnosis

i already knew that I had restrictive lung disease from my scoliosis, thoracotomy and sternotomies. Also 85% of my blood goes to the right lung and only 15% goes to the left lung. Now I am accepting that I also have cough variant asthma. This past week has been bad. My FVC was 47% and my FEV 25-75 was 27%. I am doing better, but I have a ways to go. I am hoping to be back at work monday, but I am not sure if I am going to make it.
