Received a request for the reunion accommodation information for Nashville, Oct. 11th - Oct 14th, 2001.
Thought I would put the info up again for those of you that still need to make reservations.
We have a block of up to(20) rooms at the Embassy Suites Airport/Opryland Nashville. At a group rate of $109 per night which includes daily breakfast and cocktails from 5:00 - 7:30PM. The atrium can serve as meeting space without the cost of renting another room.
Reservations are guaranteed on an individual call in basis with a cut off date of Thursday, September 20th. Make sure to mention you are with VP.com when making your reservations. Toll free 800-362-2779. Though, you may have better luck calling the hotel directly and asking for Lori in group sales. Someone had mentioned they had a problem when calling the 800#
If you do have concerns please inform me ASAP. The hotel took forever to get us in the system. Want to make sure we don't have any problems.
