My 1 Year Mark

I usually don't get all sentimental about stuff, but exactly one year ago today I was being wheeled into an operating suite to have the most life changing event of my life take place (except when I gave birth to my kids).

Dr. Michael Soltero (really cute surfer dude) replaced my aortic valve and since that time I have gotten stronger and stronger with each day. Then 2 months after my surgery I found you guys and wow, I was truly in heaven. Thanks VR family for giving me insight and courage to recover at my own pace and to fully understand what I had put my body through. Again THANK YOU
