Movie - The Ultimate Gift

Cindy and I saw the movie "The Ultimate Gift" later yesterday afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised. James Garner plays one of the main characters. Those prone to cry should take their hankies, but it is a very uplifting movie.

It's about a very wealthy man who leaves the bulk of his estate to his grandson. The rest of the family are a lost cause as far the man is concerned, but he sees potential in the young man. However to actually get anything the man has to pass a series of tests that prove to be quite interesting.

The tests are ultimately gifts to him because they teach him life lessons; he had been raised totally privileged prior to these tests. If he fails at one test, he gets nothing. To tell more will give to much away, but it honestly is a much more interesting film than I'm making it. But, I can say at the end he knows the value of money and what's really important in life.
