Hey everyone, what a crazy last couple of weeks!!

I'm 5 days late but I wanted to throw in some miles from last week.

I walked about 8 miles last week (Around the hospital)

My dad is doing better, he's in a rehab/nursing home, none of us
like it but it is what it is and we are making the best of it.

This is the first day I've been home in a few weeks, and I am gettting
ready for a well needed bike ride Can't wait
