Me too! 18 miles walking...lost some miles due to being at a convention last weekend and some social stuff. Hope to be back closer to the 28 miles a week goal by next week.

I was not allowed to walk as long as I was hoping to, having started cardiac rehab this week and the nurse advised me not to overdo things!. So, total miles on Treadmill at the Rehab Ctr + miles I was allowed to walk: 10 miles
Well ~ I'm a little short on miles too, but I hit two new distances this week.
On Saturday I tied for first place in a 3k (1.9 mile) fun-run predict race but more important than that I was able to run (jog) the entire distance without stopping!
Then on Thursday I was feeling frisky and jogged 5 k (3 miles) without stopping! I know it doesn't seem like much but both were big accomplishments for me. I'm still grinning
Please count me down for 5 short but meaningful miles.
