pellicle Why is that a sore point for you?

about 3 years after my 2nd surgery a dive dr doing an exam asked about my (obvious scar) and freaked ... declared me undiveworthy and I was thence required to get a CT scan to check against adhesions. I knew he was misunderstanding things, but well what I could I do?

Have free dived once or twice since but didn't bother to go again as it was just not worth my while. So its "no big loss", but a sore point.

:)

pellicle Ah, I see, that would be a bad time. I mean, better safe than sorry as far as checking to make sure you were dive-worthy, but still, sounds like he could have handled things a little better. Glad to know diving isn't completely off the table though! I've never been before but I might like to try someday.
