Hi ppl, iv recently had a mitral valve replacement (bi-leaflet mechanical), and at my last T.O.E I was told I have a small hole near the annulus, this is from where they had to cut a lot of infected tissue out (infective endocarditis) and it dose not seem to be getting any better, do u think they will give it more time or do something if so what, as they seemed reluctant to tell me to much 😒😒

I agree with TheGymGuy. Ask for an appointment to sit down with your cardiologist and ask, "what about the hole in the annulus?' "What are your plans if the hole does not close? and what timeframe are we talking about?". Knowledge is power and power is strength and control. You have the right to control your life. Get answers so you know where you are headed. My very best wishes for a reasonable resolution to your medical issues and a very happy life.;)
