Im on my 6 month post op until now I have so much pain in my chest like there is something on top of it and pain on my shoulder joinths radiating to my shoulder blades, is there anybody like me

Wow, 6 months and that much pain still, so sorry to hear that. I had a lot of pain like that in the first months or so. Later I would get similar pain but not constant. Im a year out and i still sometimes get minor discomfort, but it is similar to how you describe it. Try doing some moving and stretching exercises with your arms. Gently stretch to expand your chest and roll your shoulders back. Often when Im feeling pain I can do that and ill get a popping sound from top of my shoulder blade area or even my sternum sometimes and then pain seems to subside. Another one I do sometimes is laying flat on my back on a hard surface like my floor I stretch my arms out to the side palms facing up and bring them up over my head. You can even try a heating pad on your upper back possibly to relax things. During surgery they move things around in ways that aren't meant to move like that when they spread your ribs open. I think when they do, you can get sorta stuck in certain spots and then its almost like having a pinched nerve. Hope that helps. Otherwise see if you can speak to your surgeons office. I talked to my primary care doc but he wanted to do X-rays and stuff and all were normal and he really didn't know how to help me... The surgeons are much more familiar with whats going on.
