Help The Never Ending Saga

My husband still has some fluid around his heart. He is being transfered to the hospital where his surgeon works. The surgeon will do a pericardium window to drain the remaining fluid. More details to follow. Has anyone had this proceedure?

I know that it is disappointing, but transferring Alan to the hospital where his surgeon is likely is a very good thing. The continued build-up of fluid has a cause, and they'll probably figure it out quickly and get it resolved.
