Yes it is and that's a perfect INR. We don't use the hundredths. I don't know why they bother, so yours would be 3.3 actually. Don't let them tell you to lower the dose! It's better to be in the higher end so you can eat more Vit k items without worrying about falling too low.

Question, What is the total amount that you've taken over the last 7 days? Better yet, what does the machine say if you tested with it too?

Because of the other drugs that will raise INR, keep on top of it, but it appears that 11 to 12mg a week is your sweet spot.
