Hi Aaron. It sounds as if you got some answers that you can live with for awhile and that have been carefully crafted. Taking an emotional break from this is definitely a good "prescription" for now. Just don't go too far away from the forum because we will start to worry about you! 
I think what JodyC said needs repeating. "You can do this you have strength inside you haven't even tapped yet and you will get through it." I know the last few days for you were harrowing and exhausting. We have all had those kinds of days here. We really, really know what they are like. So to hear someone with such an eloquent story as Jody's say these simple words to you....please.....write them down and put them in your pocket! They are true.
