just checking in.
I’m in the hospital, after 5 days in ICU I’m currently in my own room.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been having bleeding issues. I’m told now that it’s been a ulcer of the esophagus.
The bleeding has been under control, but the GI Dr. was worried about my Coumadin levels might cause problems. As of yesterday, I’m back on Coumadin again, so far so good.
Looking forwards to going home.
It’s been a very rough week!!!!

Sorry to hear you've been having a rough time. That darn bleeding .. That darn Coumadin !! Bleeding ulcers at least they may have you under control at the moment.

Currently sitting here getting my Heparin drip.
So far so good.
Going to talk with the Dr. today, about getting off of Metoprolol, it’s been 8 days since they gave it to me,and my vitals have been fine.
