Well, It is about one o'clock and I should be in happy snooze land but instead here I am on the computer. I have contracted a cold from my fam and have not been feeling well the last couple of days. Not real bad but a little off. I went to bed very early tonight. Around 8:30 I think. I woke up a little while ago and I noticed that I had a single pronounced click that was louder than the others every so often. It made me uneasy and now I can't go back to sleep.
I have all but quit working out for a few weeks now. I run/walk outside but the weather has had a bad stretch. I usually notice that my heart rate is lower when I have been working out and add to that not feeling well. To say the least it scares me a little. I am getting to the point that I don't hear or think about my valve much. I am feeling great and things are getting back to normal. The single click isn't just more prominent. I don't like it. click click click CLICK click click. like that. It obviously makes me a little uneasy. What should I do? By not feeling well I mean - head cold, stuffy sinus, etc.
I didn't mention that we have put an offer on a house and are waiting to hear back from the realtor. I am a big ball of stress right now, to say the least!!
