Hello All!!!! It's been a year, Sorry I haven't been on here much. Things are going good. About the only things that bother me is I worry more. If I feel my heart beat different I seem to notice it more or if I start feeling sick, like a regular cold or upset stomach etc.... I just kinda worry more wondering if it is something else. Over all though doing good, I put on some weight which I need to lose :( , I hope everyone else is doing well.

Congratulations on hitting the 1-year mark!!!!!!

Congrats on number 1. You'll get over the worry thing in a while. I think most of us did the same thing.

Oh yes indeed - Happy Anniversary. You've come a long way, don't ever forget that.

I think what your feeling is totally normal. Its been 2 years for me and I still tend to worry about the 'what ifs'. But it will get better over time and it may never completely leave, its only because we are so in-tuned with our body - which in some cases is a good thing.
Try not to fret and enjoy your 1st Anniversary
