Hello again!

I am almost three months out and I have this feeling that whenever I drink coffee, I am more tired and today I worked out in the morning?? My pulse is still in the upper 90s and lower 100s but my blood pressure is still low 90/60s....I have problems getting up too fast on certain days..Cardiologist said that she can't give me any medication due to the low BP. I drink coffee 3-4 times a week...Do you all still have extreme fatigue after a work out sometimes?

Thanks

If I feel tired after a workout, it usually is only for a few minutes. I don't drink regular coffee anymore, so can't tell there, but I do occasionally drink diet cola, which has some caffeine, and no issues from it.

Could your fatigue be from some of your meds? Many of the meds commonly used after heart surgery can cause fatigue. One type that comes to mind is beta blockers. Maybe check your meds for known side effects.
