I almost did not post today but I have always been one to lay my cards on the table ... I have carb loaded everyday since last Thursday and the result is 8 pounds ... not much to say ... hope you have had a better week ...

I am down to where I was when I left on vacation. 148.5
I'm still the same for the race, but I'm ok with that.

I'm hurrying through this post so I can find out if the Test works, or if I am unacceptable too!
