I lost some weight this past year and got a write up in our employee newsletter. I am the biggest loser of the past year, lost 17% of my body weight and am up for it again. I plan to lose more and hope tp encourage others to do the sam. I still have along way to go and need to keep going with moderate changes, like walking more and change eating habits again. I will hang in there and I will succeed. Hugs for everyone.
