Back to Work

Well, 4 weeks post surgery and the "vacation" is over and I am back to work - just part time at first. I still have some lingering pericardial effusion but the pain is not too bad. All in all doing pretty darn good. I'm working out for an hour or more a day and eating so healthily even my wife is impressed.
