Hello all, Last year at this time I was being brought out of anesthesia following my AVR it was the beginning of a re-newed life for me. To think that a year has passed! Were it not for the well-healed scar which most mornings I note as I am blow drying my hair there are days when I would completely forget to think about it! I almost thought I might forget this anniversary!
I am back to running daily, working 10 hour days at a job I love and living life to the absolute fullest.
I wish all of you well and to those still waiting I can only repeat what is said so often but is so so true - the waiting was the hardest part of the whole thing.
To any who read this and think there might be something in my experience that would be helpful to them please drop me an email.
Wth love and thanks to this wonderful group.
