I found this article very informative. It gives guidelines for cardiologists in managing patients with BAV which is classified as a CHD. It also provides recommendations for valve replacement surgery thresholds and management of valve issues.

Thanks that is a great resource. Ross could you move this thread to heart talk or somewhere that people who don't check this forum can see it since it has good info for all the valves ect? Then they will know it's in the resource section.

BTW We origonally chose Justin's Adult with CHD card, because he is one of the people that write these guidelines so we figured he would know the latest recomendations.

While I know people need to find it, it's posted here and in the must have links so anyone googling or searching the forums will find it. There are some items, like this, that I wish we could post across the board, but hence, it's redundent and would confuse the search function.
