3 years and counting

3 years ago today I was having my heart cath then getting admitted for my AVR the next morning...Janurary 25, 2007 was the start of a new era for me. One year before my surgery I was able to finish the Goofy Challenge at WDW (half marathon followed by a full marathon on consecutive days), and I just finished it again 3 weeks ago, so I feel I have fully recovered.
