18 months ago today...

It hit me at the gym this AM that today is the 18 month anniversary of my surgery. Other than the scar on my chest it seems like it never even happened. I did and hour with the personal trainer this AM who's demeanor eerily resembles that of Jillian for you "Biggest Loser" fans. I can see it in her eyes that she loves watching people work to the point where they feel like they may puke. Tomorrow I'll run 4 or 5 miles in the AM, have a t-time in the afternoon, and then burgers and a few bud lights on the deck for dinner.

Hey Scott...Happy 1.5 year Anniversary! I hope David has as smooth a recovery as you obviously have had. I know that you (as well as everyone else here) will be a great support for him when he comes home. Congrats!
