I have a quick question for the board; I am looking for advise as to the use a sauna after a workout. I read or heard somewhere that it can be harmful for a person with a mechanical valve or with high blood pressure. Any experiences, recommendations? Rob

Hello, This is a quick note to let you all know that Rob made it through surgery yesterday and appears to be doing fine. It was an extremely LONG day, and there were a few hiccups, but overall I guess it went well. We will post at a later date, but wanted to at least let you know he is ok. Nancy~
