Looking for a few post-op training tips... I'm 9-weeks out, and got the green light from my cardiologist to get back to life...I'm fighting to get back into shape - I dropped about 45lbs before the surgery, and 25 following...still got some work to do, but now that I'm mechanical I can't...

DB, I had an AVR July 6th, and also suffrer from sleep apnea...I noticed the apneas getting much worse leading up to the surgery, but no one mentioned adding O2...Immediately after surgery was kinda rough, but my wife says I didn't seem to stop breathing as often as in the past...You might find...

Christian, I had an AVR at Cleveland Clinic 8 weeks ago...I have a different carrier, but my advice like the others is to check w/ your customer service rep...CCF also has a "financial coordinator" you can talk to if you have questions...I had a deductible, and then an out-of-pocket amount...
