Thanks everyone for the info. Never missed 2 days before. I split one day dose in half over two days and will check on Thursday. I will find out that evening what it is, so it should be good.

Because of the Thanksgiving weekend, and all the activities around my house, I seem to have managed to miss taking my Coumadin not only once, but two days in a row. I know how to dose for missing one day, but not two. Can anyone advise me what to take. Thank you.

Well thanks for the replies, and I will report that is possible to have had RF and not be diagnosed. It's a mute point and long after the fact, but my brother always thinks he is right. :)

Yes, I took 18 mgs before my INR went up to 4.8. Actually I bit my tongue and it started bleeding at 3:00 and hasn't stopped, so I guess my INR is still high. And yes, I mostly take the same amount for the week, which is 18 mgs.

Oaktree -My dose of 18 mgs was not constant. If I have a really low INR they will maybe say take 25, 20 and then back to 18. Al they are weekly tests, and these tests are always lab draws.
