Thanks everyone for the info. Never missed 2 days before. I split one day dose in half over two days and will check on Thursday. I will find out that evening what it is, so it should be good.

Because of the Thanksgiving weekend, and all the activities around my house, I seem to have managed to miss taking my Coumadin not only once, but two days in a row. I know how to dose for missing one day, but not two. Can anyone advise me what to take. Thank you.

Well thanks for the replies, and I will report that is possible to have had RF and not be diagnosed. It's a mute point and long after the fact, but my brother always thinks he is right. :)

My clinic nurse has not called me back and I am not sure what to take when my INR is 6.7. Last week it was 3.6 and I take 11.50 mgs per day. The doctors office said to hold it for 3 days...but that doesn't seem right. TIA, Robbyn
