    Ok ... truth about pain

    I seconded the being more worried about the Tubes. The only time the PAIN was an issue for me was when I coughed. I wish I would have given up smoking alot sooner. I was VERY Stiff and the pain medicines helped that and I took it the first 3 weeks when I could to avoid pain at all. The tubes...

    Surgeon appt on 23 Dec after yest angiogram

    Definitely sooner than later. You dont want to risk doing nothing. I had a narrow aortic valve (.6cm) that ended up being SINGLE CUSPID with an aortic anyurism that was at a 6. Surgeon said I wouldnt have seen this christmas most likely DEFINEITLY NOT next summer if I didnt get my surgery...

    1 week today for surgery....

    My St Judes valve I can here all the time. At first, I didnt think I would like it but I can tell when my heart pumps twice quickly and skips a beat alot better. Its like the ticking of a watch. Good Luck with your surgery.

    Amazed :)

    realistically how long until I'm back to normal activities?

    I think it will definetly have to do with your ENERGY level more so than the ability to lift the baby. At 7 weeks, I was back to work.

    Post surgery tests and appointments

    MIgraine headaches

    I had the migaraines pre op. Lightning in the eyes headache upset stomach everything. After the surgery I have only gotten the lightning once and no MIGRAINE style headache. Ive gotten headaches but not from migraines
