Hi everyone,
I had a CT scan done about 3 weeks ago, my gp said there was not need to have it, so I had it done privately....my son and daughter paid for it. I got the results today.
The report says....mulitple liver cysts, the largest in the left lobe measuring 1.4cm, also a cyst on the left kidney.
The reason I had the CT scan done is because I have a constant pain in my lower chest area and I worried that it was my aorta, but they havent mentioned the aorta at all on the scan report, so I assume it is fine.
My GP said the cysts are 'probably' harmless !! I wondered could they be the cause of my pain, tiredness etc.
