Hi, all--

Just wanted to share some cool news with you all. I just got my official invite to be part of the local American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign! I guess the AHA liked the story I wrote for the Orange County Heart Walk so much that they have asked me to be part of their GRFW luncheon in February! I will, along with eight other heart disease survivors, be modeling red dresses at the luncheon and have an opportunity to share my story. They have also invited my cardio to attend, but not sure if he can go as he's always busy (you know doctors!). Still, it's a great way to play hooky from work for a day!
