Man, there has been some cooking of the books! :p Presumably, The Ref approved all this in that scandalous "closed-door meeting" with The Chimp. :p

Okay, Superbob may have used his superpowers a time or two in the past year to spare himself embarrassment and keep himself on track. So, keeping truth, justice, and the American way always paramount, he says, "Well done, Cap't Cooker."

:DLMAO:D ... That is just too funny ... SuperBob, you made my day ... Thanks:)

Okay, Superbob was down 4 pounds from last week when he weighed this morning. That isn't as impressive as it might seem, because Superbob has been like a yo-yo in recent weeks -- up/down/up/down. Anyway, he's just happy he didn't gain this week.

I'm down half a pound. Only 3 more to go until I'm back where I want to be.

Inquiry #1: How many APs do I have to earn to eat at Babe's Chicken Dinner House on Saturday? (that's Activity Points, not APES, Cooker).
Inquiry #2: Is it physically possible to EARN that many APs???

Great job on the 1/2 pound ..... I dont think there are AP any more but you do get 35 weekly bonus points to be used as you see fit:D:D ...If I'm wrong I'm sure Wise will chime in...He and Cidy are Mr and Mrs WW:)

Oh, yes, we get APs these days, plus the 35 extra. But I think I'd have to have a couple days of Michael Phelps' swimming work outs to equal the calories in one meal at Babe's. Did you see what that young man has to EAT every day?????? Holy Shamoly!

Good job Cooker, SuperBob, and Agility Dog! (by the way, have you told us the story behind your avatar?;))
I'm not announcing my "official" weight result until tomorrow. I think I need another night in the gym to come up with a loss.:p
And SB, I can't be held responsible for the "cooking of the books." The Fearless Chimp learned that creative accounting somewhere other than with me.;):p

My avatar (lately) is sunrise at Haleakala crater on Maui. This was my and DH's first trip anywhere since my surgery in 9/06. And I discovered yes, I can run at 11,000 feet, especially since I was too busy taking pictures to notice everyone else was back on the tour bus :D
I posted several of these pics earlier, but they're also in my album, if you can get to it.
I guess I need someone to get a current shot of me and Jet-the-brat running agility, since Tank is retired.

Thanks, Laurie! I was momentarily confused!:p:p

Laurie, the key point is that you're not limited to how many APs you can earn, BUT have to consume the points on the same day they're earned. See below:

1. Understand activity POINTS® values.
Once you start paying attention to activity POINTS values, you'll notice what a difference activity makes and you may be eager to add more movement to your day. This is how they work:

* You earn activity POINTS values, for any physical activity you do.
* There's no limit to the number you can earn and save each week within the POINTS Tracker.
* You may swap activity POINTS values for food POINTS values one for one; however, they can only be used for food on the same day they are earned.
* You will boost your weightloss by not swapping your activity POINTS values for food.

Here my report for this week. Cindy did not weigh this week; just didn't get to during her Georgia visit.

Starting Weight: 204.8
Last Week: 180.8
This Week: 178
Weekly Change: -2.8
Total Loss: 26.8

Congrats to those who lost this week. Every little bit or big bit counts. Cooker you're doing great to have turned up the activity dial. I need to follow suit.

ROCK n ROLL oh Wise One:D:D:D

Cooking the books and creative accounting :D These are handy skills Cooker! a 20# total loss is a really great effort and I hope you are proud .

The rest of the gang that have checked in this week are all going great as well.

I have got the healthy eating right but sadly it isnt showing on the scales. This is rather frustrating :(.

Hang in there Ton ... It WILL happen ... Stay the course ... it will happen:D

I'm doubting I'll see a loss this week. But I'll be a good little girl and try to remember to weigh in tomorrow morning. With school starting back up today I'm not sure how well my brain will be working in the morning to remember. And I refuse to weigh after work! ;)

Congrats to all who have lost this week. And SB, don't sell yourself short. Regardless of the up & down, 4 pounds is GREAT! :D Wish I could do that. Instead I bounce around in the same 2 pounds.

I almost can't believe it ...but I lost a WHOLE pound this week:D:D:D!!!
This hasn't happened since the year of the flood.
Starvation works!(KIDS...don't try this at home)
