I went to the doctor's and he told me that I caught the CHF in time..I was in fact going back into CHF but luckily I got it in time with the Lasix. I also wanted to let yall know that I finally got my appointment to see Dr. Edward Catherwood at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital on May 8th. I can't wait to see what he has to say.....Harrybaby

Dear Harry,
I hear your frustration loud & clear! I fight CHF every single day & I too wonder if it's all worth it sometimes but I get up, dust myself off & carry on to another day which hopefully will be better than the last.

I am already on 160 mg of Lasix a day & if at the end of the day I see a considerable increase in weight and/or if I feel bloated, dragging & just plain miserable, I have to take more.

You must keep on fighting my friend & hopefully your surgery can be schduled soon to have your mitral replaced. Until then, don't give in; that's the easy thing to do; fight on! Take care & best of luck!
