Ok how do I put this? Can anyone give me some insight on exercises to tone the chest?.I have always fought my weight and now that I am losing and plan on getting to my ideal weight I have noticed the need to tone my chest?.You know?get rid of my moobs:D (man boobs:eek: )?I don?t need a bra or anything like that but I don?t want to put Twiggy to shame either:rolleyes: ?I do not have a weight set or bench and I am not a gym member? The only thing I can think of is maybe pushups (and not a bra:p )?or maybe some sort of isometrics?..Any suggestions?

I hope this post has not devastated my image:rolleyes:

Pushups are great. They work much more than just the chest. Drop and give me 20 right now, then tell me how many muscles you just used.

I've been working on the pushups for several years now, ever since Rain challenged me to arm wrestle -- motivation. The older I get, the more easily there is some obstacle which means putting the exercises aside for a while, and then starting all over. I still stick to ten pushups.

Why don't you try buying some Therma band? It;s like a stretchy rubber material that can be used for toning any part of the body, if you know how to use it.

Physios give it to people to do rehab exercises. It's dead cheap and probably cud be bought in most sports stores.

Different colours represent different strengths of material.
So, if you had a piece of it you could use it to do exercises to tone your chest, arms and shoulders. Really simple, can be done while watching the tele :D and better than the gym machines that do most of the work for you.

Pushups ! I can't wait to be able to do them again ! If you don't have weights or a gym membership then you can improvise with pushups and chair dips. If you do 10 sets of 10 pushups daily you will start to see differences in just a few weeks. You may have to work you way up to that but once you get to that point it won't just be your chest thats looking better. Shoulders, arms, back, and core will also benefit.

What are chair dips???

I believe "Chair Dips" is when you stand and face a arm chair, place hands on the arms of the chair and do the "DIP". Kinda like a stand-up push-up, but using a chair.

Although...I do like the idea of the bra :D
