Spring ahead..Move clocks up one hour..also check batteries on fire/gas alarms....:D Bonnie

OH GREAT!

Just when I was just starting to get the times straight for chat, you guys have
to go and change your clocks  .

And if you think I was confused before...............Lord help me;)

Thanks for reminding everyone, Bonnie.

And, Freddie, you are not alone. Here in Arizona we do not have savings time and never adjust our clocks. Still, I'm confused most of the time when I call other parts of the country.

That's right some of you don't change the clocks.....
Freddie and Blanche may need to keep an extra clock set with E.S.T.
I have 2 peeves with the time change:
----it messes up my pill taking schedule.
----try to convince an old dog that her feeding and going out times are all changed!

Sunday Night VR.Com still starts at 5 P.M. Eastern time...:D ..the only thing different I see tonight..now..at 6:15 P.M. still light outside..is tomorrow night..it will be 7:15....and Hubby will still have enough light to walk the dog...Before. he had to take a flashlight at 7:15 P.M. ..around the time we finish dinner/coffee and time to walk the dog...............I like the change..am an earlybird..now, it will be later..and I will not have to wait for the Early Morning news. :p (Bad for the T.V. Crew, tho:eek: )......and will also give my son more daylight when he comes home to work in yard/ect....What a lot of people do like..:) ..Will be a lot of people late tomorow for Church..if they do not remember......Hope I did not confuse you more..:p Bonnie

grew up in Miami - back then we never changed clocks. We moved to Baltimore for 5 yrs and neighbors told us to not forget to change our clocks. I said "what for?" Had no clue people ever changed clocks. Upon returning to Fl 5 yrs later, Fl was in the loop with the time changing. I still don't understand it and don't like it. If God wanted us to change our clocks, He would.............. well, you know.......

I'm so glad we will have an extra hour of daylight so we can stare out the window at the snow.

LOL!

Yes, yes, indeed.

I don't like the time changes either ... though, in the fall, it's nice to have that extra hour of sleep.

But, now ... we LOSE an hour of sleep ... and that sucks. Course, it also means that spring is right around the corner, so I suppose I should look at the bright side ;).

losing an hour of time (sleep) --- grrrrr! I like your first post Cooker, sounds good to me!
Although jumping those clocks forward is a sure sign that SUMMER is on it's way!!! Won't be long now!!!

I love the extra sunlight, but amazingly that hour change sure messes with me in the mornings!

I never did get my air conditioner put away for winter. It's still sitting in front of the fireplace awaiting spring install.
