Good blood work results...

I just got the results of the blood work done when I had my yearly physical. It was a letter in the mail.
She said Comprehensive Metabolic Panel was normal. Blood count normal... Last spring my blood count was slightly low. She had said to make sure that my multi vitamin had iron... which it had. I guess that eating red meat once a week helped. Thyroid test normal...
My overall cholesterol is 203... Triglycerides 92, HDL 84, and LDL 100. I am happy with the cholesterol results.
She said to continue doing what I was doing.
Now I need a mammogram, a bone density test, and a colonoscopy. Then,hopefully, I will be all set till next year.
